By commissioning a poem (or story) the customer agrees to provide appropriate personal information in order for Memory Catchers to create the poem (or story.) Memory Catchers will use this information solely for the purposes of creating your poem (or story.)

• We will only use your personal data in respect of your order. Memory Catchers will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
• Unless YOU request it, we will not contact you for any other reason than your order or enquiry.
• Please be aware that the carefully selected links that we have provided on our links page will take you to external websites which have their own individual privacy policies.
• Poems and stories created remain the copyright of Memory Catchers and cannot be reproduced for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to display the poems we create as samples of our work. Where we deem appropriate (in order to protect our customer's privacy) we may change names and/or display just first names.
• If you are happy to provide a testimonial to our service we will be delighted to publish this.
