Our poem and story products are personalised and as such are non returnable, so please be aware of this and order on that basis.

Please be reassured that we always send draft poems and stories for your approval and never finalise until you are completely satisfied.

Audio C.D.s are tested before sealing and despatching to you. We only accept unsealed CDs for return if they prove to be faulty,

In the unlikely event of a fault please contact enquiries@memorycatchers.co.uk  . We will replace on receipt of returned faulty C.D.
