General Terms and Conditions

By commissioning a poem/story the customer agrees to volunteer appropriate personal information in order for Memory Catchers to create the poem/story. Memory Catchers will use this information solely for the purposes of creating your poem/story.

• Work on your poem/story can only commence once we have received cleared payment and your completed questionnaire. You can pay through our secure website or send a cheque made payable to Memory Catchers. Please post to Memory Catchers  c/o 25 Christmas Street LIVERPOOL L20 2JA.
• Memory Catchers standard PRINTED poem offer is A4 photographic paper. Memory Catchers regret that, due to the personalised nature of the product, we do not accept returns. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
•  On receipt of returned questionnaire and cleared payment, your poem/story will normally be created within 5 working days but in periods of high demand ( by mutual agreement) may take slightly longer . Equally should you need your poem/story in a rush, if we can, we will! 
• You will initially be e-mailed a draft poem. Subject to your approval, your final poem will then be released to you.
• Copyright of created poems/stories remains with Memory Catchers. Poems/stories must not be reproduced for commercial purposes.
